This project was an Operations Facility expansion to support manufacturing capacities for some of the company’s key products.

WiiGroup assisted the client in delivering the overall Construction Management Schedule while managing the sub – contractors (Civil / Cleanroom / Piping / HVAC / E&I / Process Equipment) schedule quality. WiiGroup supported these requirements by integrating all sub-contractor schedules to produce and overall Project Master CMP Schedule. Among other deliverables, WiiGroup were responsible for producing clear project reports and schedule quality reports on a regular basis. WiiGroup were responsible for maintaining the earned value management database on the project and reporting on the overall project progress to the client.
