As David started off his career in project controls with STS in the past it allowed for a seamless transition when engaging with WiiGroup and their services. WiiGroup’s work ethic and ability to learn at a rapid pace is what has seen them progress to where they are today. To date I have been particularly impressed with their ability to apply project controls skillsets to demonstrate and quantify entitlement justification regarding contract protection.

WiiGroup have recently been supporting KPC on a number of CQV projects in Ireland & Europe. WiiGroup personnel have integrated effectively with KPC project team members and have demonstrated a good understanding of the project scheduling and reporting activities needed for a successful project. Their involvement certainly contributed to KPC’s ability to exceed our client’s expectations on these projects.

We worked with WiiGroup on a large scale pharmaceutical project in Cork. We found David & his team really helped to focus our team on the tasks that were critical to the project schedule and provided us with tailored reports that informed our decision making through all stages of the project.

We have worked with WiiGroup in the past on one of our more significant pharmaceutical projects in Ireland. The project was a real success for us as a company which is something, we would partly attribute to the services we received from WiiGroup. Their approach to the schedule and reporting on progress assisting in giving us a real clear path through the project and always ensured we were made aware of schedule issues in a timely manner. WiiGroup also took a leading role in the preparation of a successful EOT & disruption claim while playing a big part in getting it over the line. I was very impressed with David and his team’s input regarding the contract, his understanding of our entitlements and how he assisted us in demonstrating all of this to the client as part of a Contractor’s Extension of Time, Direct Loss and Expense Claim.

IPS engaged WiiGroup for their project control services on a number of large scale EPCMV projects in both Europe & Ireland. WiiGroup had full responsibility for the Master EPCMV Schedule, reporting and interfacing directly with the client. I was particularly impressed with their ability to communicate schedule risks & opportunities using earned value performance management (EVPM); a technique for measuring performance and progress in an objective manner. Our project delivery team found these skillsets critical to the overall project performance.

We engaged with WiiGroup to provide 4D scheduling services using Synchro 4D on a residential project in Dublin. We found the interaction between the 3D Model & the schedule provided a real understanding of the build sequence on the project and was a really helpful tool for client demonstrations.
