This State-of-the-art Biologics plant was built on a 120-acre greenfield site with 400 construction jobs created. WiiGroup were brought in by the client who had the Automation contract for the plant. We developed the construction and commissioning schedules along with bespoke reporting dashboards to provided key project metrics to the project team on a weekly basis. WiiGroup also assisted the client in the preparation of a very successful EOT claim as well as a loss of productivity claim during the commissioning phase.
