This project was an expansion to an existing plan to install a new fill finish manufacturing facility. The companies new manufacturing line will allow them to handle final production of its smallpox vaccine plus other shots.

WiiGroup worked very closely with the client who were the main contractor on the project to ensure a timely project delivery. WiiGroup in conjunction with the client developed & managed the EPCMV schedule. We also had a role in preparing risk assessments on the schedule along with implementing forensic delay analysis techniques at various intervals on the project.
