WiiGroup worked with the main contractor to produce a bespoke reporting database for all phases of the project which enabled a clear and easily understood breakdown of the earned value and KPIs by sub-contract, phase, and system. This was an example of WiiGroup’s ability to provide detailed project reports to suit the needs of their clients.
