The Company invested 1.5bn in a state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing facility which is being constructed at a 24,000m² campus. The site features production buildings BMC1 and BMC2 along with a warehouse, laboratories, and an office.

WiiGroup worked with the client to develop and manage the construction & commissioning schedules on this large & complex project. We developed and managed the earned value management system while also providing the schedule updates and communication of these updates to the wider project team. WiiGroup were heavily involved in numerous successful EOT claims on the project and ensuring at all times the client were in receipt of compensation for all delay and disruption events.
